Company deals in Personalised School Assessment is looking for School Sales Managers for various districts of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Maharashtra, AP and Telangana markets.
The School Sales Manager (SSM) will be based out of key districts and will be responsible for new school sales in the cluster of 1-2 districts. The SSM will sign new schools to meet his/ her individual sales target and expand IMAX presence.
Locations: Chennai, Vellore, Kanchipuram, Tiruvallur, Coimbatore, Madurai, Salem, Trichy, Pondicherry, Villupuram, Tirunelveli, Erode, Hosur, Namakkal, Theni, Bangalore, Tumkur, Mangalore, Mysore, Gulbarga, Hubili/ Dharwad, Devangere, Hassan, Bellary, Belgaum, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Aurangabad, Ahmadnagar, Kolhapur, Nashik, Jalgaon, Akola, Nagpur, Amravati, Khammam, Nellore, Tirupati, Vijayawada, Guntur, Visakhapatnam
Goals:
Meet 4-5 presentations to decision makers in schools every day.
Achieve individual sales target and forge new school relationships.
It's a high energy job which requires the SSM to spend 100% of his/ her time in the field.
Required skills and experience:
Sales Skills and Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience with at least 1 year in B2B sales (e.g. IT, Media, Medical equipment, education, etc)
Excellent negotiation skills with good track record of closing sales and meeting revenue targets
High intensity work ethic with fire in the belly. Perseverant. Willing to go the extra mile.
Ability to stretch and work under pressure.
Problem solver: Should be able to identify road blocks and get around them.
Quick learner. Should be able to understand the market dynamics quickly and make course corrections.
