Job Responsibilities:  - General Business & HR understanding, knowledge of Industry Best practices, knowledge of local regulations, Strong C&B Fundamentals  Rewards Strategy Formulation:  - Identify reward issues in the BU’s and formulate and implement comprehensive reward strategies which results in the retention of the right employees and with high level motivation on performance.  - The reward strategies would include remuneration packages for local employees and international assignees, special reward programs, retention schemes, benefits programs, retention plans etc.  Internal Equality & External Competitiveness:  Ensure internal equality by:  - Ensure alignment of position titles between different BUs  - Develop salary structure and job grade for positions in all levels  - Validate remuneration proposals for new hire, promotion, transfer and etc.  Ensure external competitiveness by:  - Participate into market remuneration survey, carry out remedial actions if needed  - Liaise with external consultants / service providers to deploy reward strategies with the right level of market intelligence.  Deployment of Job Evaluation:  - Deploy the new job architecture for Schneider Electric using global guidelines and ensuring internal parity and external equity  C&B Activities:  Plan and implement full range of C&B activates, which include but not limited to:  - annual salary review  - annual bonus scheme  - setting annual bonus target  - annual budget planning  Reward Advisory:  - Act as an advisor and project leader for rewards related subjects; provide solutions and assistance on remuneration subjects to HR partners in different BU’s. Advice and convince users to accept the proposals that are of the best interest to the organization.  - Ensure availability of the most updated employee’s information and company policies in order to provide timely and accurate response.  - Be the Rewards Leader for Bangalore  Retention Plans:  - Come up with appropriate retention plans which help retain key employees  Qualification:  - MBA (HR) from premier institute  - At least 7-10 years of experience in HR with focus on compensation, Rewards & Benefits.
