The primary responsibility:   - Manage recruitment End to End, Sourcing to closure  - Innovative way of sourcing (Other than regular job portals)  - Take new initiatives and engage with other team members   - Manager recruitment TAT well within SLAs   - Manage a good source of hire mix (Agency, ERP, ITM & Job Boards)  - Imbibe a culture of Customer Focus & Centricity within the Team and continuously engage all stake holders (HRBP, BU Leaders, Employees) and ensure Customer Satisfaction   - Create / build a healthy pipe of qualified resumes  - Adhere to processes, systems & tools  Qualification:  - Having experience of 2-4 years in end to end recruitment (preferably Technology background)  - Good understanding of the industry and market  - Very good communication and interpersonal skills  - Hands on recruitment  - Individual contributor
