Position Title: Manager - Finance.

Seeking a Finance Manager to join us in one of the two locations the opportunity is in-Hyderabad/Chennai. Schneider Electric is an equal opportunity employer. He/she must possess the potential to evolve into a Plant Finance Controller-ship role in the next few yrs.

The incumbent will focus on Capex, Inventory, KIC (Key Internal Controls) and FICO support activities for Hyderabad/Chennai factory.

Roles/ Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) :

- Involvement in BCI (Business Cycle Indicators) creation process and subsequent tracking of benefits as submitted to management under BCFE.

- Budget V/s Actual tracking Capex, Inventory, Depreciation and R&M

- Cost controlling verification of BOM, Purchase info, and other costing records in system

- Inventory Monthly analysis of inventory, tracking robustness of cycle count process, ensuring compliance to DOA for scraping of inventory, participation in physical inventory count representing finance.

- Costing Support Providing support in doing variance analysis, new product cost runs, TP campaign support.

- Tracking of KIC AP overdue and working with team for timely closure of same. Facilitating team in plant during KIC SA and other internal control audits.
