Job Overview:

- Implement SCA solutions and processes at the clients.

- Lead the implementation of SCA’s supply chain enterprise software and execute business process re-engineering and process study projects.

- Work with clients on getting requirement and executing different project deliverables.

- Build the supply chain strategy using SCA tools. Work on strategy result synthesis and presentation of results to client.

- Deliver project milestones using processes in line with the project plan and delivery methods.

Position Overview: Solution Consultant

- Develop implementation and rollout strategy for software deployment. Develop documents such as project proposal, scope, and business case.

- Define, plan, pilot and deploy re-engineered business process using SCA applications.

- Conduct business process study to do the mapping of client process with the standard business process in SCA applications. Develop approach for data collection and migration.

- Develop process flow diagram, gap-analysis, and process models. Define solution configurations, user case and test case.

- Perform client process training in line with system implementation practices.

- Detail out the business, functional requirements, and process requirements with the client stakeholders.

- Lead client workshops for solution definitions, system selection and process design.

- Prepare project case studies and white papers on an ongoing basis.

- Execute supply chain strategy consulting projects. Ensure delivery of supply chain solutions and analysis as per the project methodology.

- Analyze scenarios and data, and synthesize results for presenting recommendations to the client.

- Prepare the cost benefit analysis and business cases for new projects as needed. Support the Project Manager in project planning and effort estimation.

- Participate in pre-sales activities, including sales demo and preparing sales material.

- Build and improve internal processes, standards and practices. Communication/ Expression:

- Communicate strategic planning solutions to the clients and assist them in implementing the solutions across their supply chain.

- Communicate plans, milestones and their status on weekly basis with managers and other stakeholders

- Communicate with cross functional teams to understand customer, sales focus and align deliverables.
