This opening is for there new launch segment.  Location: Bangalore  Responsibilities:  - Senior Sales and Marketing experience involving a fully integrated P&L, achieving a business plan over a long period of time during challenging times and managing multiple functions.  - Managing sales & marketing team to exceed objective.  - Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to execute   - Strong people & talent management experience  - KOL management   - Experience building a business including existing products, pipe-line products and licensing and business developing  - Exceptional candor in presenting to and working with senior management  - Ability to work in an matrix org   - Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage co-promotion, co-marketing and other agreements and/or alliances  - Built strong network with the internal and external organizations  - Maintained and built strong relationship with customers leading to positive impact on company image and business goals  - Understanding of overall business including business trends and corporate strategy, in order to identify opportunities and assess risk.   Candidate Required:  - Pharma Industry candidate preferred.  - Open to both pharma & non-pharma professionals.  - Candidate must be MBA.
