Reporting to : DEPUTY HEAD – RESEARCH
Key Deliverables
1. Responsible for Banking sector coverage and compiling data from reliable sources and to develop extensive valuation model that includes a detailed financial analysis of the sector and companies within the sector.
2. Develop in-depth understanding about the industry, track macro/micro economic data and analyze the impact of macro/micro economic indicators on the growth prospects of the sector.
3. Prepare detailed industry and company research reports involving competitive intelligence and tracking marketing strategies by competitors to arrive at buy/sell price targets.
4. Study the stock performance of the companies in the sector, initiate and maintain coverage on them, track equity / debt market and IPOs.
5. Hold interactions with Bank management and Fund/Investment Managers.
6. Organizing road-shows, teleconferences and Bank management meets.
7. Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of investment ideas to clients in the form of industry/company research reports, presentations and oral communication.

Essential Educational & Experience Qualification
Qualification Needed : MBA(finance)/CA/CFA (from US)
Total Years of Experience : 7 – 8 years
Relevant Experience : 5 – 7 years
