SAP India is looking to hire Senior HRBP professionals with 10 years of experience for our India Market unit consisting Sales and Consulting groups. Our innovations are combined into solutions with engaging user experiences to help solve the most challenging business problems for our customers.  Key Areas of Responsibility & Tasks:  Country/ Local HRBP:  - Country/ Local HRBP support all their respective assigned global, regional or local managers in regard to people issues  - Rolling out key processes and in addition supporting managers in people related issues by providing guidance and counseling on HR topics and policies that must be adhered to. Moreover the Country/ Local HRBP supports employees in very sensitive or complex situations  The HRBP reports to the local Country/Hub HR Director or in bigger Hubs to local HRBP team lead  Expectations And Tasks:  - Act as HRBP for assigned Sales group; handle highly sensitive issues with the utmost discretion  - Act as trusted advisor to assigned managers aligning both people and business strategy  - Recommend and participate to implement initiatives for future HR related topics with the business and within HR  - Drive and manage business organizational development as well as change management aspects  - Bring fresh perspective and generate new ideas  - Take initiative in driving own career development  - Strive to continuously learn and develop HR competencies  - Graciously and eagerly accept challenges beyond regular scope of work   - Build solid network within HR community and broader SAP community to foster long-term global collaboration  - Demonstrated hunger to learn, grow and develop by being mentally and physically agile  - Collaborate and coordinate with other departments (e.g. COEs, COO HR) to address HR-related topics  - Cooperate in global / local HR projects  - Drive execution of the HR strategy, the HR portfolio (e.g. TRM, PRM, surveys, on-boarding, salary round, promotions) and on-demand HR topics  Requirements & Expectations:  - Full-time MBA (or equivalent) from a top B-school in India  - 8-14 years professional work experience in HR preferably in Sales / Consulting domain  - Business level English
