SAP Functional TL - MFG/SOTC - Pharma

Job Summary:

- Challenging role for SAP Functional Team Lead in SAP MFG and SOTC modules for a world's leading pharmaceutical company. Overall 10 -15 years of experience with good functional expertise and strong SAP technical experience in MFG/SOTC can apply

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for development of the team and accountable for meeting the delivery targets set by management.

- Accountable for ensuring that delivery is within and better than prescribed SLA levels and establishing processes for continuous service improvement

Required Skills and experience

- Expertise in the respective business domain and SAP functional area.

- Ability to guide and lead a team through challenges faced in highly customized SAP environments.

- Ability to understand and support integration with Non SAP systems.

- Experience of working in Run SAP (Solution Manager) methodologies

- Should be able to execute end to end Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes based on ITIL framework and also set new processes as per the requirement.

- Should have experience in a validated environment and aware of GXP and SOX requirements.

- Must have good knowledge of Release Management, Incident Management and Problem Management processes.
