SAP Funcitional Lead

CTC : 16-20 LPA

- Pharma, Life Science Exposure is Must.

- Must possess in depth knowledge of at least 2 to 3 SAP Functional modules to improve the Application Lifecycle Management

- Good understanding of all aspects of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Must possess knowledge of Configuration of application monitoring including business process operations and dashboards

- Should possess knowledge of IT practices in Pharmaceutical industry.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities :

- Identify requirements and develop & implement solutions utilizing various SAP Functional Solutions with a goal to empower SAP functional, technical and project teams to deliver SAP harmonization, roll-outs and upgrade projects with high degree of success

- Responsible to support for setup, configuration and troubleshooting of Solution manager components

- Develop, plan and execute software upgrades to enable new capabilities as they become available

- Configuration of various Functional Modules to support multiple implementation and maintenance projects Assist SAP Security team to develop and maintain security roles within Solution Manager to support both project teams and global support teams 5. Interface with business to support functional scenarios and business scenarios to map/represent integrated processes within different Functional modules

- Define and deliver governance model, processes and procedures to ensure compliance with SAP best practices

- Act as subject matter expert with respect to multiple SAP functional capability

- Utilizes test plans and tools to ensure programs are thoroughly tested before implementation.

- Recommend and prepare documentation on best practices and business procedures.

- Lead and/or participate in meetings to gather business requirements, perform testing, training, work on new initiatives, Enhancements and manage all phases of the implementations using SOPs.

- Perform knowledge transfer, internal training for SAP COE and conduct end user training.

- Follow appropriate change control procedures and IT services standards.

- Write project and technical documentation (SOW, Project Plan, System Requirements Specification, Functional Specification, Test Plan, Training documentation).

- Escalate and Communicate project or task status, risks associated to the initiatives undertaken to the PMO and Steering Committee.
