We serve a range of companies from FTSE100/Fortune 500, to SME's Governments, Trade Bodies and Universities and Colleges.   Job Role/Job Description:  - Advanced knowledge and interest in various aspects related to following regulations   - Tax on corporates, expatriates and individuals under the Income Tax Act   - Cross border taxation, esp. Transfer Pricing & Double Tax Avoidance agreements   - Withholding taxes   - Tax on goods and services - Excise Duties, Customs, Service Tax, VAT and GST  - Foreign exchange regulations and rules mandated by RBI   - FDI regulations   - Corporate law viz. Companies Act, LLP Act and other commercial regulations applicable thereto   - Regulations mandated by SEBI, stamp duty regulations etc.   - Intermediate level knowledge and interest in   - Financial advisory eg. due diligence, financial modelling   - Generally accepted accounting principles   - Superior communications skills, both written and verbal English, along with advanced skills with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Power-point and word)   - Ability to assist the team in recurring / non-recurring tax and regulatory services offered to clients, which include but are not limited to:   - Planning & advise on matters related to business structuring and operations of international corporations entering India (with regard to above listed regulations)   - Preparing research presentation based on specific client requirements, giving detailed overview, implications and advise on tax, regulatory and financial aspects   - Good knowledge of compliances and statutory requirements (with regard to above listed regulations) for eg. Income Tax Returns, advance taxes, withholding taxes, RBI filings, secretarial filings etc.  Qualifications : Qualified CA   Experience :   The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of experience (including pre-qualification experience) in advisory services related to Indian tax and regulatory aspects. At-least 1-3 years- experience post qualification in the tax & regulatory consulting domain. Candidates with additional knowledge of finance and accounting will be preferred.
