To own and manage end to end SCM processes for the region, Prepare demand plan and lead the discussion in the WCM (Weekly Consensus Meeting) with channel partners in close coordination with HO SCM. Support Regional Sales Manager in execution of weekly, monthly sales targets.   (A) Demand Planning and Execution:-   To ensure proper demand planning in the region. Consolidate demand on weekly / monthly basis, and discuss the same in WCM with direct channel partners. Enabling SPS process & efficiency within the region by coordinating with SPS MDD's within the region via Sales team as well as SPD. Use sales trend data to ensure accurate forecasting process is enabled within region in line with long term business objectives.   (B) Key Performance Indicators:-   Manage SCM KPIs : Upstream e.g. : AP1/AP2/RTF Exception/ Ageing /SO to GI / Advance PO Downstream e.g. : VMDD / TPA / AP0 coverage / RTF purchase / RTF sales Triggering corrective actions as necessary in review meetings with Channel partners / Sales & Distribution teams.   (C) Relationship Management and Training:-   Manage relationships with Channel Partners (SPD & MDD) for SCM activities. Develop & deploy training modules and content for various SCM projects. Conduct Regular SCM trainings on process improvements as well as enhancements within the Region with relevant stakeholders: SPD, MDD, Sales teams etc.   (D) Inventory & Order Management:-   Ensuring Orders are serviced to channel partner on timely basis without any delays as well as mistakes. Ensuring Channel DOS /WOS are maintained across of products (SKU level) to the desired norms.
