S/he would also be responsible for his own learning to get ready for performing a bigger role in our success.   WHAT WILL I DO  Client Delivery:   - Prepares client proposals, approach notes, workshop content, surveys, back end data tracking and reporting etc.  - Leads or supports client delivery meetings and workshops.  Product Development & Knowledge Creation:  - Generate new ideas and develops products and intellectual property   - Writes case studies and articles for marketing initiatives  Learn & Grow:   - Reads and shares latest trends and research publications in the HR space  - Actively enrolls for related courses and certifications  Internal Initiative:   - Proactively nominates self for internal initiatives (e. g. social media campaigns) and is committed for its success  WHAT I HAVE DONE  Post Graduate - HR; Preferably an Engineering / Mathematics / Statistics / Psychology Graduate  Overall experience of 1-3 years in HR function / Consulting
