Salesforce Head - BFSI

Qualification:

- Minimum qualification required is Post-Graduate with an experience of around 12-14 years.

- Should have the ability to lead a team.

- Through knowledge of Business Processes required for Finance domain, especially Loans and Advances

- Good negotiation and communication skill

- Interest and passion to work on IT applications and projects which support businesses

- Hands on experience with Salesforce.com usage, design and functionality

- Analyze business needs and works with stakeholders to propose and deliver cost effective solutions

- Experience of Integration of SFDC with other Applications (using AppExchange or Web services) will be preferred advantage.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

- Responsible for Business requirement, Solution Design, Training manual document preparation, Project plan preparation, Delivery schedule, Change process management, Project Monitoring and Status Reporting of all SFDC Orgs.

- Execute and liaison with business teams and other related teams for SFDC requirement

- SFDC administration activities and complete Production Support

- Should have working knowledge of SFDC functioning and technical aspects

- Budget tracking, effort discussion and timely delivery with Business Partner

- Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on project deliverables

- Provide leadership in best practices and need to be highly customer-focused

- Training and developing the team members
