Sales/ PreSales Manager ( BMS/ EMS ) @ Noida, India  We are looking for relevant candidates to fill the following position with a client offering products and services in BMS/ EMS domain.  Position : Sales/ PreSales Manager ( BMS/ EMS )  Education : Engg ( Electronics/ Electrical )  Experience : 2 - 10 years of Sales/ Pre-Sales / Enterprise Sales experience with BMS/EMS industry preferred. Other Technology Solution Sales exposure or a technocrat with an entrepreneurial aptitude will also fit in.  Location : Noida  Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience  Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :  1. Must have knowledge and experience of sales in the industry of Building Management Systems, Building Automation Systems, Energy Management System, Industrial Automation Electronics Components or PLCs Or experience in sales of chillers/AHUs to big set-ups OR should have experience in Solution Sales/ B2B Sales to large sized organizations/industries. Should have a deep understanding of the market and growth potential for the industry worked in. Capable of answering to RFI/RFQ/RFP. Should be Technically and analytically very strong. Working with MS Word, Excel, PPT presentations, etc. Meeting annual sales goals and targets. Business Development - Planning and actual execution through meetings, attending trade exhibitions. Delivering platform presentations, publications and others.  2. Customer relationship management. Maintaining Customer database. Collections/Receivables Management. Market Study, competition benchmarking and identifying business threats and opportunities. Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assess customers- met and unmet needs, and recommend optimum solutions, ensuring appropriate support for the proposed architecture. Sharing customer feedback with internal product development team. Be an achiever with sharp focus on results, have effective communication skills and be fluent in English and Local Languages, have excellent techno commercial knowledge and negotiation skills.
