Sales Planning Manager - CPG/Telecom (5-10 yrs)

Position Title - Sales Planning Manager
Salary Range - 35-40LPA
Overall Purpose of the Job - Responsible for planning & roll-out of scheme plans at national level for the Mobile business; support key SCM metrics.
Location - Head Office – Gurgaon
Reporting - Head – Sales & Rebate Planning
Key Competencies / Proficiency Experience in Sales / Sales Planning / Category Management / Consultancy
Qualification & Experience MBA with 5yrs to 8yrs of experience in Sales, experience in Sales Planning /SAP working would be an advantage
Age (yrs) Preferably 30yrs - 35yrs
Job Profile in Brief
1. Planning & Roll-Out of schemes at National level.
2. Drive consensus with Sales Heads & Sales team on various scheme related issues, alignment with all other stake holders too.
3. Competition tracking in sales & promotion front, devise plans to respond or pre-empt certain competition activities.
4. Support SCM team in product forecasting.
5. End of Life stock monitoring & liquidation of the same
6. Ageing stock planning.
Key Performance Indicators:
a. Effective execution & roll-out of scheme plan
b. Sales spend ratio to total sales
c. Ageing stock % to total stocks
d. Competition monitoring
