Reporting to : Head Sales & Marketing
Job Purpose :
- To manage and lead his/her team to ensure and create an enhanced sales experience for the target customers and achieving his/her individual and team sales targets.
Job Profile:
- To develop Sales Plan and Achieve Sales Targets.
- Converting the leads into successful sales.
- To improve Sales Satisfaction Index Scores by following the standard procedures.
- To set and align individual team member / BDM with targets w.r.t sales, enquiries, test drives, activities.
- Generate leads through the team
- To continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the team members.
- Ensure to create an enhanced end to end sales experience for the customer through personalized customer handling
- Assist the customer at all stages of the interaction and understanding his/her needs and requirements from the vehicle and help him in decision making.
- Adherence to all the sales processes and maintaining of different forms – Customer data inquiry form, Test drive feedback forms etc.
- To cater to leads passed on through different channels such as website links.
- To use and ensure the utilization of technological aids for sales by him/her and the team hence improving the sales experience.
- To coordinate activities at different prospective locations.
- To build and sustain long term relationships with the customers – Relationship Manager.
- To provide systematic feedback on product improvements.
