Sales Manager (TPA Sales )  The Strategic Sales Executive position is responsible for the Third Party Administrator (TPA) business and growing revenues through adding new groups on select existing business within an assigned book. This position will lead the strategy, targeting and capture of new business revenue for the TPA sector.   Additionally, this role will :  - Develop and execute upon a strategic plan to drive results  - Create relationships with senior level decision makers within the assigned region  - Develop and maintain relationships with key consultants within the sales territory  - Develop and execute strategic area sales plans  - Sell the value without focusing on price and using analytical tools and resources to differentiate us in the market.  - Lead the underwriting/pricing process  - Lead finalist presentations, prepare team and develop sales strategy  - Find unique ways to influence prospects to strongly consider us  - Work with internal departments to develop innovative solutions that provides a competitive advantage and position us in the market place  - Candidates should have excellent strategic thinking skills, outstanding communication skills, be able to create and execute business plans, quickly earn trust and build/maintain relationships
