Job Responsibilities:

1. Selling projects in original booking being marketed by the firm.

2. Building inventory in re-sale and leasing domains and facilitating transactions in this space

3. Convincing prospective clients that your agency is the right one to handle for their sale

4. Sending out details of new properties on the market to people on your database and personal network

5. Build pipeline of all opportunities through Leads and Campaigns. Update on a weekly basis.

6. Finding buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price

7. Making appointments and showing buyers around a property

8. Close transactions, oversee complete documentation and perform exemplary customer service

Skills Required:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

2. A good negotiator

3. Able to inspire trust and confidence in clients and buyers

4. Knowledgeable about property sales

5. A go-getter with a passion for business development & sales

6. Able to work under pressure

7. Smart and business-like

8. A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.

9. Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self-starter

Educational Qualifications:

Preferably an MBA with a min 2-3 years work-experience in sales and business development in Real Estate/Insurance/Banking

Compensation:
