POSITION: Sales Manager (Railway and Metro Projects Sales)

THE ROLE: We need to hire Sales Manager, who would provide Leadership in Railway and Metro vertical Project Business Channel, provide profitable growth, and drive productivity in Sales, responsible to drive strategic and tactical execution.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Qualification: Engineering Graduate in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering Professional

Qualification in Business Administration will be an advantage.

EXPERIENCE:

- 4 to 10 Years of Experience in promoting connectivity products and handling Railway and Metro Projects business verticals.

- Should have experience in promoting connectivity products of the organization and acquisition of Railway and Metro project business.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Business - Responsible for making a growth strategy for Rail and Metro projects business for key milestone in line with India strategy by promoting the connectivity products of the organization in Rail and Metro verticals.

- Identifying business opportunities, market trends and competitors moves.

- Formulating the business plan, defining budget, forecasting and sales targets to be achieved.

- Following up with customers for enquiries / RFQs / RFPs.

Tender Management / Bid preparation / Techno commercial Proposals or offers.

- Evaluating customer requirements, pre-qualification documents and tender documents.

- Leading all bids, tenders and proposal activities related to Metro projects and Railways.

- Coordinating with all cross functional teams for timely submission of offers/proposals, Strategy development.

- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

- Change acceleration - Ready for change in systems & processes & drive change in team

- Drive for Results - Should possess passion to meet & exceed results

- Organizing Skills - Should be able to set priorities, analyze & present results, make strategic plans

- Communication Skills - should be able to succinctly and clearly communicate ideas & thoughts.

- Should listen to others and then respond to the context.
