Our Client a growing IT services company is looking for a Sales manager (Hunter) for their BFSI Vertical.  Role:  The Sales manager will find manage and close new licenses and IP based opportunities and well as Services opportunities.  Responsibilities:  - Outbound Hunting: Identify, create and penetrate new strategic business opportunities.  - Finding and calling on senior management and key decision makers at business management level and production/operations managers at plant or at C level.  - Managing all processes of software sales cycle from lead generation and need analysis including technical evaluation, customer presentation to deal closure.   - Drafting proposals, price build up and negotiations.  - Effective account mapping, account management, managing forecast and build pipeline of potential opportunities for closure within specified time frame.  - Meeting and exceeding sales targets and managing the billed revenue collectables.  Qualification:  Compulsory : Undergraduate Degree in Engineering   Desired : MBA in sales & marketing  Experience :   Primary Skill  - Must have 6-10 years of sales experience in technical software sales and license selling.  - Experienced software sales hunter with track record of consistently meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets in B2B enterprise software sales.   - Ability to manage complex sales cycle and should be extremely organized, proactive, energetic and team player.  - Good written and presentation skills  - Strong prospecting skills with closing new business with technology solution environment  Secondary Skill  - Team Player  - Self-starter and achiever   - Ability to work internally with all stake holders.  Work Exposure  - Exposure in Products / Solution and Services Selling including consultative selling.
