- Should be a good planner,organizer,controller and should be able to motivate sales team for Achieving revenue & voulme targets
- Should be capable enough to improve the capability and the skill level of the subordinates.
- Should review and monitor daily activity reports and also suggest if any improvement is required .
- Finalized the route plan for salesmen after consulting ASM for cost effectiveness
- Should implement national/regional marketing & Sales programs directed to retail trade,key accounts and channels.
- Should have exp form east .
- If MBA from premier B school exp required is 5 to 8 yrs in sales from FMCG background.
- And if he is not from a premier B school then around 8 to 10 yrs in sales experience from fmcg background.
