Main responsibilities :  - Direct Sales of Managed Services portfolio consisting of Uptime (Renewal / Conversion), L1/L2 Projects, Remote Management Services / RIM (Insite) & Cisco Smartnet, etc . Also Upsell of new services in the accounts.   - Aggressively driving Managed Services business in Accounts through Business Planning, Account Planning, Sales Pipeline, healthy Forecast & Opportunity Management,   - Achieving Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Business Targets (Booking / Revenue & Profitability) as well as Accounts Receivables Management  - 100% Contracts renewals / conversions of Uptime & Cisco CBR Annuity business  - Managing relationship & CSat Index with all MS clients handled.  - Transactional selling / Business development & Upsell / Cross-Sell activities in Accounts.   Skills :  Fair knowledge in the areas of :  - Infrastructure Managed Services  - Network Management Services  - IP telephony  - Knowledge of Cisco Services would be added advantage  Experience :  - 6 - 13 years in the field of Services Sales with minimum 3-5 years in Services Sales in IT Systems Integration Industry
