Sales Manager/Account Manager (Enterprise)  Key Responsibilities:  - Develop new and existing business  - Generate new revenue from customers to meet an annual sales quota assigned.  - Manage customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction in order to increase sales revenues.  - Manager key accounts and developing long term business relationship with customer  Job Functions:  - Aggressively generate and pursue sales leads to develop new sources of revenue from corporate customers to meet or exceed annual quota  - Respond to telecommunication requirements and IT related inquiries from potential corporate and international customers  - Manage all stages of the sales cycle including developing leads through cold-calling, qualifying prospects, customized proposal development, contract negotiation, and project implementation  - Follow through with all internal post-sales processes, including submitting paperwork for all order processes, coordinating to ensure services are turned up in a timely manner and any other post-sales issues (i.e. billing, collection etc.). Need to work with various individuals across departments to ensure delivery of results  - Provide an exceptional customer experience for prospects and clients to develop long-term business opportunities  - Complete annual strategic sales action plan  - Forecast business as required by management in order to ascertain demand for products and services  - Provide competitive market feedback on a regular basis in order to ensure Company’s products remain competitive in the marketplace  - Propose business and telecommunication solutions  - Assess client’s existing and future requirements  - Deliver formal customer presentations  - Write and present customer proposals  - Evaluate and select vendor  - Negotiate with customers at a senior management/director level  Job Requirements:  - A degree or higher with at least 3 -5 years relevant experience in account management in the Telco industries (Total 8-12 years experience)  - An excellent sales track record  - Candidates with MNC experience will be an added advantage  - Must be self driven, energetic, resourceful and creative  - Able to project strong, positive image of self and company  - Able to deliver professional sales presentation, proposals and reports
