We are looking for a - Sales Leader - for one of our esteemed Clients for Mumbai,India Location.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to interact with client's management team to quickly understand - as is- processes and pain points
- Broad awareness of value propositions that can be applied to improve client's business.
- Detailed knowledge of banking processes including use cases and value stories.
- To conduct and analyze client Line of Business Executive interviews.
- To develop high-level Solution Strategy Road-maps.
- To create Day-in-the-Life scripts that can illustrate Solution capabilities.
- To work with Technology & Product organization to realize solution demos.
- To develop qualitative and quantitative business cases that will show the ROI (Return on Investment) and of the proposed solutions.
- Deep product knowledge to successfully position our solutions and differentiates effectively in the marketplace.
REQUIREMENT:
- Experience in sales management, revenue management and solution selling capabilities.
- 12-15 years of overall experience, with 8-10 years with Banks and/or Financial services institutions.
- Successful implementation of strategies and supporting operational plans with or as part of senior leadership.
