Responsibilities :   Implementation :   - Project management - POCs, pilots, workshops, training, consulting assignments. This includes preparing the project plan, tracking against plan, actively managing (including escalations), project closure.   - Training analyst and clients (train the trainer) on use on analytics in Company.   - Process mapping & process data collection. Analytics & process re-engineering - build and run scenarios on company and use the results to derive a set of analytics.   Pre-Sales Support :   - Lead generation  - Making presentations  Pre-sales support - making proposals.   Demo's customizing and doing company demos, using industry & prospect specific research.   Others :   - Analytics and dashboard inputs for product development   User acceptance test for new versions of the product (analytics)   Documentation - training & user manuals :  - Contracts & payments ensuring that necessary contracts are in place and payments received on time   Desired Skills and Experience :  - Comprehensive experience in operations (preferably in financial services) in roles varying from operations management, change, process excellence or consulting (3+ years).   - Excellent in client engagement & relationship with consultative, solution finding approach.   - Good understanding of levers that can be used for change/ re-engineering with demonstrable experience in delivering a few re-engineering initiatives.   - Strong communication skills : ability to interact with client organizations (written and verbal).
