Our client have a Senior Management required which includes leadership and sales criteria below is the JD:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and generate business.
- Track performance of team and initiate corrective action where required
- Ensure collection of Pre – EMI and Regular EMI
- Ensure TAT for disbursement
- Randomly visit property (sites) and ensure that the constructions are happening as per schedule
- Ensure smooth coordination with Legal ,Credit and Technical team
- Ensure conducting of marketing initiatives of the organization
- Channel management & development like:
a) Identification of field staff
b) Training
c) Grievance handling
d) Motivation
e) Guidance
- Monitor collection performance at the profit centres
- Guide the sales team to complete the files as per guidelines
- Complete control of NPA and overdue cases sourced by team and their overall reduction to minimum
- Monitor the competitors market activities and recommend future strategies
- Assess, train & keep track of team’s capabilities w.r.t. selling techniques, understanding of business processes & credit parameters
- Customer service – Attending to customer inquires / grievance on a timely basis, monitoring and redressing customer grievances and finding solutions for the chronic issues.
