Sales Head - Industrial

1. Would be a part of core leadership team can drive the sales to grow business in the marking & Coding segment for the entire country.

2. Deploy pricing strategy to achieve the monthly, quarterly & annual financial targets of operating revenue.

3. Leads a team of 18 - 20 associates, sets the objectives in the line with the company objective.

Below mentioned are the key metrics:

1. Annual Rate Contracts ( ARCs ) of supplies & increase its coverage.

2. Renewal of ARCs with price increase.

3. Forecast & achieve target plan Pan India level.

4. Conduct Daily, Weekly, monthly review meetings.

5. Closely monitor customer's requirement,Understand the customers need escalate market need can find solution.

6. Excellent presentation skills& competence in MS office tools.

7. Would be responsible for the P&L

8. Should be Engineering graduate with MBA from top management school.
