Sales Head - GPS Based Tracking Solutions Startup

Our client is a start up company, in GPS based tracking solutions company. They are looking for Sales head. Looking for Bright, young, candidates with a Business Degree and with 8 to 12 years of experience in Transport sector, Logistics or FMCG.

8-10 years of experience in sales role in the transportation / logistics / FMCG / consumer goods industry.

Sales position is responsible for establishing the sales targets to meet the company objectives. Responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization. This position is directly responsible for leading managers of the division and indirectly responsible for all employees within the division.

Previous experience of successfully managing sales teams ideally from a similar industry will be appreciated. Should demonstrate proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth. Should have an aptitude for identifying alternative revenue feeds and driving the strategy and execution of the same.
