Position Offered: Sales Head - Domestic Market
- Head - Sales Handling Sales & Marketing of Woven of Top and Bottom and Knits Wear in Indian Market
- Complete responsibility of Sales & Marketing of Garment
- Developing & Implementing the sales & Marketing Plans for the existing & new products
- Handling Retail, Stockist, Distributor’s, Channel & All India Sales Position
- Handling Brand Management & New Product Launches
Brand Management:
- Annual Business Planning (ABP), defining Marketing strategies to achieve Budgeted Sales Targets (Top Line), Gross Margins, and delivering the same from brand.
- Launching and positioning the Brand in desired Sales Channels to reach Target Customer.
- Identifying & analyzing new business opportunities & exploring the same.
- Overall Responsibility of P n L. Analyzing performance periodically & taking corrective actions
Business Development:
- Developing Marketing Strategy for expanding customer base.
- Targeting exporters/ retailers catering different geographies, contacting distributors, buying houses, modern retailers, exporters & institutions.
Category Management:
- Defining Product & Merchandising Strategy, Estimating product requirement for all POS & range planning for forthcoming season. Balancing the range with Core & Fashion Categories, Planning Festive & other collections.
- Managing merchandising budget, ensuring balanced Product Mix so as to achieve desired Sales Volume & revenue.
- Taking Pricing decisions based on perceived value, cost, demand and perceived brand position.
Product Development:
- Analyzing Customer responses in the past seasons & forthcoming trends, analyzing competition & identifying potential opportunities.
- Giving directions to designers to develop range according to market requirements & emerging trends. Ensuring product development at targeted price points & offering attractive value propositions.
Retail merchandise Planning:
- Overseeing overall buying for Modern Retail, Sale Potential & Peak & slack seasons, Base stock requirements, replenishments, clearance, planning for special occasions, promotions & EOSS.
Channel Sales:
- Develop & implement distribution strategy to place the product through MBO’s, appointing distributors, Organizing booking conferences, driving sales team to achieve Sales Targets by increasing dealer network & booking orders.
- Ensuring timely supply & collection.
Modern Retail:
- Representing Brand to key accounts.
- Effectively managing available floor space in NCS by ensuring optimum stocks levels, effective Product Mix & display.
- Preparing Sales Projections & Buying Plan, organizing training for Brand Staff. Analyzing slow moving styles & taking requisite actions to liquidate the same.
Marketing & Promotions:
- Planning promotions within allocated budget & achieve targeted sale through. Control Mark Downs & achieve maximum sale at full price.
- eCommerce: launching & managing web-stores, Launching Brand in market places & other e-commerce portals, SEO, Social Media Marketing & Digital Marketing.
