Role: B2B Sales/HORECA sales head  Company : Promising fresh food startup (subsidiary of an established conglomerate)  Location : Pune  Job type : Full time  Salary : As per your expertise and current salary  KRA :  - Focusing on designing and implementing corporate sales strategies  - New market development and new product launch  - Sales and Distribution planning & Implementation.  - Appointment of Channel Service Providers and development of CSD/CPC business through their team.  - Develop and execute sales and distribution growth strategies and plans for the state.  - Availability & Visibility of Company products to ensure optimum Fill rates and minimize Out of stock situation.  - Managing accounts of direct supply clients across HORECA domain.  - Achievement of business objectives through efficient & effective management of Distribution Channels, infrastructure, promotion budgets & human resources.  - Identify and implement key focus areas, opportunities, key outlets, key towns strategy etc.  - Understand & analyse market / product / scope /opportunities / competition / trends.  - Recruitment and training of Sales team.  - Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue.
