Job Role:  - To expand the Engineering Services Provider (ESP) business by closely working with ESP clients in India.  - To bring more proactive approach to gain the market share in ESP business in India  Job Description:   - Achieves maximum sales growth and account penetration within ESP territory by effectively selling the PLM full portfolio products and/or related services.  - Personally contacts and secures new business opportunities.  - Develops clear and effective proposals/quotations for assigned customers.  - Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, reselling partners if any and technical service groups  - Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.  - Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.  - Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products etc.  - Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.  Prerequisites and Essential Functions:  - At least 10 years of relevant experience.  - Good track record of consistent sales performance in the past.  - Willing to travel and relocate at short notice if business demand so.
