We have opening with one of our clients in Sales and Business Development.

We are looking for candidates with 7+yrs experience in Software sales for US Market.

Position: Sales and Business Development

A. Job Description

- Individual in Sales and Business Development position will:

- Lead sales activities - targeting specific geography / client segment

- Develop and manage Sales Pipeline

- Work with Delivery organization to scope solutions and close deals

- Independently visit client site to present solutions and get approval

- Participate in contract discussions / negotiations

- Participate in trade shows / conferences

Management multiple client relationships

- Manage client relationship - including onsite review meetings at client site

- Facilitate overall design and architecture with help of technical leads

- Identify and scope growth opportunities within the relationship - including project definition, requirement gathering

Other areas of participation

- Lead and manage technology partnerships and joint sales opportunities

- Identify and develop specific Market Niche and Solutions

C. Required Experience / Skills:

- Previous experience in Consultative selling of IT solutions (Healthcare Payer/ Provider/ Life sciences)

- Presence to interact with CEO / CXO client executives.
