Business Unit: Saint-Gobain Gyproc India Limited  Principal Accountabilities:  - Define and implement the marketing strategy for the market related to acoustics (sound Insulation & absorption)  - Design & execute survey with corporate offices on their satisfaction level on acoustic comfort and analyze strategy and moves and propose actions where required.  - Spread awareness on importance of design from the perspective of acoustic  - Work closely with leading acoustic consultants in India   - He should be involved in concept presentation with leading architectural firms/clients/IT companies  - Work closely with allied products category companies in the field of acoustics  - New Product Development in the category & product positioning  - Working with global team in bringing products to market  - Define product price list based on market price and cost analysis.  - Work closely with Technical / Project Execution Department & Marketing Communication to assure focused and timely launch, Execution & Promotion of Products & Projects.  - Train Sales Team with regard to marketing strategy and product positioning.  - Experience of working on Acoustic design software would be an added advantage  Education: BE/B. Tech ( Mech/ Electrical or equivalent) with professional experience in relevant industry.  Experience  - Marketing professional with 5+ year’s exposure or 3 years’ experience in the industry related to acoustics products
