Position : Chief Manager - Finance & Accounts  Location: Kolkata  Education: CA  Experience: Minimum 8 years post qualification  Responsibilities:  Financial Planning, Budgeting & Analysis:  - Review/Preparation of Monthly MIS with Schedules & Monitoring the budgets vs actual results to enable corrective action (b) Periodic Variance Analysis  - Preparation & Review of Budget /Revised Projections Template for FY & circulation to Business Team & Departments  - Review of Final Budget after receiving the inputs in the template from Business Team & Departments.  - Cost management Initiatives/Bottomline improvement initiatives  - Providing various data analysis to the State, Business Team, Departments, Management & Board members as per the requirement  - To facilitate CFO in improvement in productivity in F&A and various other initiatives in F&A.  - Special Projects/Implementation of Initiatives as set by senior management  - Revenue Accounting, control & Accounts Receivables  - Accounts Receivable monthly closing with Schedules preparation & Sales MIS (Monthly Sales & Marketing Provision Booking & Tracking with Actual Settlement)  - Handling Statutory & Internal Audit pertaining to AR Function  - Review & checking of Billing to Service Provider (s), Weekly Debtor Oustanding MIS, Weekly MIS, Group Accounts MIS, Settlement of any outstanding under scheme approved by management & any Other as per the requirement  - Review of Business Process Flow & Documents provided for the New Product to be launched in the Company. Preparation of accounting entries on the basis of the Business document & UAT  - Devise/strengthen the internal control system in AR function  - Development of Processes of AR Function.  Desired Skills:  - Must have excellent leadership capabilities and motivational skills.  - Must have handled MIS, Budgetary & revenue Accounting for atleast 3 years  - Must be fast paced in approach and very proactive  Sahaj e-Village Ltd has taken up the task of eliminating the undemocratic digital split between rural and urban India, under the NeGP of the Government of India.
