Who we are looking for:   Senior Manager Procurement (Marketing, Sales and Professional Business Services) based out of our Corporate Office at Bangalore  Position Summary:   Senior Manager Procurement provides support for the development of category practices for local categories, including support in relation to sourcing strategy definition, vendor development, vendor deployment, and stakeholder management.   The incumbent supports the implementation of Global strategies in the country, to maximize total cost of ownership savings and procurement value contribution. Under the guidance of Regional and Global Category Managers/ Directors, he/ she supports the implementation of Global Category strategies by supporting strategic sourcing initiatives and procurement optimization projects.  Qualification:   B. E./ B. Tech. + MBA from Tier I institutes  Work Experience:   6-10 years of multi-geography Procurement experience in MNC FMCG/ AlcoBev/ Beverage organizations. Women candidates will be given a preference  Job Responsibility:   1. Execute the procurement strategy process and implementation/ sourcing execution for a set of local categories in a Cross Functional Team setting  - Lead internal and external analysis (industry and supplier) in collaboration with Regional Category Team, Sourcing Analysts and Category Managers from other countries, as a member of the cross functional sourcing team  - Execute procurement strategy development process as defined by Global and Regional Category Managers/ Directors by involving the Procurement Specialists  - Support supplier selection and recommendations for final decision  - Support geographical negotiations in consultation with the Regional/ Global Category Manager/ Director  - Establish measures and controls for the country to ensure and track successful implementation in alignment with the global KPI framework  2. Execute Local/ Regional/ Global categories in the country, lead contract implementation & drive contract compliance  - Work in close collaboration with Procurement Specialists and Global Category Managers and Directors to ensure local acceptance of new contracts  - Coordinate contract implementation tasks with Procurement Specialists and users  - Closely monitor internal customers contract compliance, define and take corrective actions to improve contract compliance in alignment with Regional Category Manager/ Director and Country Head of Procurement  3. Manage supplier relationships for local categories  - Support the classification and categorization of suppliers, including definition of supplier evaluation and audit policies  - Continuously track supplier performance (utilizing data/ reports provided by Sourcing Analyst)  - Support supplier development activities; set up cross functional review meetings with suppliers in order to improve performance and further reduce cost  - Initiate and conduct supplier audits according to the globally defined framework under the guidance of Global Category Director/ Manager  4. Manage internal customer relationships for local categories  - Manage internal customers feedback on procurement organization and supplier performance  - Conduct periodic surveys to measure customer feedback for continuous improvement  - Within the framework of cross functional sourcing and supplier development teams, closely develop and manage relationship with internal customers  - Proactively organize sessions with internal customers to identify further TCO/ TVO reduction opportunities  5. Execute large Spot Buys  - Support the Procurement Specialist/ Spot Buyer to source major unplanned ad hoc demands to keep control over high spend utilizing category sourcing expertise
