Age bracket - Not more than 40 Yrs. old

Responsibility:

- Team Management and development

- Meeting sales value and distribution objectives

- Managing the stockist network in the zone

- Building infrastructure, enhancing distribution and city level penetration

- Creating a positive and enthusiastic environment in the team

- Taking Distribution Drives to improve the retail coverage and improve market share

- Crafting innovative trade promotions to improve the distribution width and depth

- Liasioning with Marketing, trade promotion, commercial and Supply Chain department for smooth administration of the business
