Job Description :
- Heading business development and alliances function by cultivating, nurturing, managing relationships with Banks, NBFCs, and Financial Institutions
- Partnering with key Organizations and private entities for strategic tie-up benefitting the business
- Adding new business verticals to the organization with growth and taking ownership of the same
- Ensuring expansion of business into new geographies
Job Accountabilities And Tasks :
- Responsible for locating and forging partnerships with potential financial institutions (Banks/NBFC) in line with business objectives
- Build reach and breadth of relationships across multiple product categories
- Ensure efficiency by reduction of paperwork, TAT and interest rates
- Devise strategy for Customer Acquisition by forging alliances with key non-financial organizations
- Tapping different channels to have the best-in-class selection
- Set up and streamline processes across partners
- Ensure completion of business targets wrt to Institutional partnerships
Qualifications :
- MBA for a premier institute (Optional)
- IIT Graduate (Start-up experience would be preferred)
- Anyone who feels that he/she is 'The One' for this job (no conditions here)
Experience :
- 2-7 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships and Alliances, Key Account Management.
- Candidates with exposure to Banking sector (Retail lending business/Gold Loans) would have an edge
- Must have prior experience of building and leading teams
- Self-driven; essentially a thinker with great execution skills
Preferred Qualities :
- Should possess excellent communication skills
- Keenness to build a business, strong Inter-personal skills and Negotiation skills
- Should be open to travel
- Knowledge of regional languages like Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam would be an added advantage
