If this sounds like your kind of gig, email our hiring manager your resume and a brief cover letter detailing how you- ll shine in this position.  Qualification:  Chartered Accountant  Role & Responsibilities:  - Manage overall accounting operations and Profitability management  - Manage royalty accounting function by consolidating data from a variety of app stores and allocating according to our contractual commitments to our content and other partners  - Prepare and submit timely monthly financial statements and regulatory reporting  - Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting  - Problem solving abilities to recognize systematic processes and implement those to increase efficiency  - Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls  - Drive cost control and support the team in improving cost efficiency  - Preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and reporting variances  - Achieve budget objectives by scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiate corrective actions  - Ensure accuracy and timeliness of MIS reports and structure and manage the review process  - Maximize returns and limit risk, confirm financial condition by periodic audits  - Practical knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, Service tax, VAT, Income tax, LWF, Shops & Establishment Act, other statutory requirements and ensure compliance with respect to all regulatory requirements  - Will conduct in depth financial analysis to assess risk, analyze efficiency and inform policy decisions made by executive management  - Drive/ support corporate initiatives with regard to finance activities  - Excellent mastery of excel and SQL to create automated reporting and accounting for game revenues and royalties  - Strong communication skills with English language proficiency  - Statistics knowledge and experience a plus  - Experience in US GAAP/SOX a plus  Experience:  3 - 5 years experience in IT Industry handling roles and responsibilities listed here
