To support Head –Commercial Business (Mid Corporate) with MIS and strategic Inputs pertaining to PAN India Broker Relationship in terms of Sales and Business Development of Commercial business, so as to support in growth, intermediary platform, to maximize revenue and operate an effective national Broker network, in line with Head –Commercial Business (Mid Corporate) requirements to support delivery of the overall business strategy.

Key Result Areas

- To provide insights and support in contribution to the development and implementation of overall business strategy, particularly with respect to growth in sales and Broker distribution capacity, in order to support delivery of overall business performance targets, KPIs and business mix based on statistical data.

- Lead the development and implementation of a national Broker development strategy that pulls together the regional strategies, optimises synergies and ensures the presentation of a coherent national market interface and will deliver target revenues

- Co-ordinate the regional broker networks so as to ensure operations meet the required standards of service and quality and achieve the desired levels of sales people/customer and/or intermediary satisfaction

- To Monitor the development of the national and regional markets and make recommendations as to how Royal Sundaram can capitalise on emerging and/or immediate business opportunities

- Identify, evaluate and develop recommendations supported by business cases for the development of new distribution channels and/or relationships with new distributions partners based on the analysis of the data on Broker management PAN India

- To provide insights and support in management of relationships with current and potential Brokers so as to facilitate the continuing negotiation of commercial arrangements and encourage effective working.

- To Support in continuous review and develop the Broker network organisation and infrastructure to ensure business structures, processes, systems and resources are robust, efficient and consistent with business requirements and standards.

- Tracking and monitoring /providing the following pertaining to Broker Relationships

- Renewals - the movements in respect of penetration levels

- Pipeline management for new business - Target segment wise and also source info on new projects

Budget number for each Trading underwriter and coordinating the Intermediary payouts

- Business support to trading underwriter/Zonal Head on MIS (GIC/GEP report/Other reports etc.,)

- Policy Issuance and following up on pendency with the respective team in coordination with Ops team.

- Providing MIS on Intermediary wise / Branch wise / Region wise.

- On lost / Won Business
