Route to Market Manager- 2014/15 Batch with Strong FMCG Sales Experience

We are currently looking for a Route to Market Manager with the topmost fortune 100 MNC in the Packaged Consumer Goods. The position is to be based at Mumbai.

Job Profile:

- Responsible for Route to Market {Distribution, Sales Support, Systems and Processes implementation}

- Strategic Planning: Understand the fundamentals of the business and build a clear strategic road map,, keeping in mind the longer term strategic directions at National level. Build necessary plans to consistently grow shares in each category

- Accelerate Cost Effective Growth, drive productivity. Achieve volume targets (Month wise/Qtr wise break-up), focus brand & pack targets.

- Drive ground level marketing initiatives through RMM / Marketing.

- Identify new business opportunities in Traditional Trade & Emerging Channels & execute appropriate Strategies. Responsible for regional forecasting (both monthly & quarterly).

- Building and Designing RTM Strategies and aligning the internal Business Unit Team

- Building/developing GTM model for Rural/Urban markets and in accordance with specific geographic needs

- Driving automation to enable the sales team to grow business and keeping the model ready for future challenges.

- Building set of systems and process across every stage of "Supply Chain" to drive effective Sales and Distribution.

- Defining KRAs to measure the effectiveness of Sales & Distribution and driving them in alignment with the Sales Team.

- Productivity and Financials: Distributor/Depot Sales tracking & strategic use of such data, Hub & Spoke Implementation, Tracking of Distributor ROI (Viability) on a regular basis in each of the AM territories.

- Deliver productivity through Discount management, Distributor ROI, Cost/Expense Control Measures.

- Focus on Implementation of Business Plan - Coverage of number of outlets & volume contribution, finance & manpower requirement, execute marketing program and monthly tracking & review of performance.

- Process Improvement: Improve existing organizational sales processes through detailed analysis of data and sharing of the same at different forums at the region.

- Communication: Manage internal customer relationships within the organization by displaying an ability to understand perspectives of other functions.

Essential Education: MBA in Marketing from a Premier B School. Preferably 2013/ 14/ 15 Batch passout.

Essential Experience and Expertise :

2-3 years of FMCG sales experience with excellent exposure to various sales channels in both Rural and Urban Markets.

Incumbent should have excellent Analytical abilities, strategic mindset and excellent communication skills.

Job Location: Mumbai

Salary: Around Rs. 20.0 to 23.0 Lpa
