Job Responsibilities -:  - Overseeing monthly accounting and internal audit activities.  - Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.  - Managing legal and compliance activities.  - Preparing investor metrics and participating in building investor presentations.  - Setting up financial systems and processes.  - Managing internal and external auditors.  - Overseeing all vendor payments & track working capital closely.  Requirements -:  - Proven working experience as a Financial controller   - 3+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience   - CA/CS Background with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures   - Experience with creating financial statements   - Experience with general ledger functions and the month end/year end close process   - Being flexible and willing to work long hours   - Good Analytical skills with strong verbal and written communication
