Increasing team efficiency and productivity with the help of technology, tools and advanced working methodologies   4) Solving daily operational issues and implementing process/methodology to bring permanent solution of the issues  5) Product development and implementation: Give product requirements to engineering team; Identify and report bugs. Live testing with team, employee training and implementing at customer's site  6) Recurring Report : Generate reports on daily, weekly, monthly basis ensuring proper maintenance of data  7) Ensure smooth operations of billing and payment collection.
