- BFSI Domain

Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Trading.

Presales :

Must be in leadership role owning / control the outcome of proposals. Understand presales process and its interaction with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development

Product conceptualisation and Market knowledge :

- Uses domain, market and tech knowledge to identify gaps,/opportunities/needs in market places and propose products / solutions to address the same.

- Creating product go to market strategy and roadmap

Consultative Selling :

- Ability to make compelling and convincing arguments in favour or against business ideas, products, technology choices, solutions.

- Ability to present, communicate and negotiate at CXO level.

Thought leadership :

Regular contributor of ideas and articles in forums, blogs, seminars.

Connects :

Can give reference or demonstrate connects within CXO community in the Indian BFSI market.
