Salary offered: 16 - 20 LPA
Key Responsibilities :
- Build a competent workforce to meet the strategic business goals of the organization
- Implement appropriate mechanisms to reward and recognize employees contributing to organization's success
- Implement People experience initiatives to increase engagement, productivity & retention
- Continuously review & refine existing practices in Competency Management, Performance management and Recruitment
Maximize the efficiency of HR Ops by :
- Optimizing the HR processes
- Using the right tools (HRMS, Performance Management tool etc)
Key Result Areas :
- Employee Satisfaction
- Retention of key people
- Productivity
Experience/Qualifications :
- At least 10 years of experience in the Software industry
- Leadership experience in HR areas like Performance Management, Competency Management, HR Policies, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development and HR Operations
Education :
- MBA from a reputed institution
- Preferable to have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Location : Corporate Headquarters in Udupi
Reports to : Chief Operating Officer
