We are in a Urgent hiring of RMBS Analyst.   Location: Mumbai.  Job Responsibilities:   The Role: RMBS analytical team in Mumbai. This role will provide unique opportunities for mastering the key aspects of our business from in-depth collateral and deal analysis to client interaction. You will be part of a team responsible for rating residential mortgage backed securities (RMBS). This position is based in Mumbai and reports to the RMBS team in New York.   Responsibilities   Assist with hiring a team of qualified RMBS analysts in Mumbai.   Manage the RMBS analytical team in Mumbai.   Work alongside the RMBS analytical team and maintain constant communication on project status and personnel related issues.   Work on RMBS analytical projects and ratings as part of the RMBS analytical team:   Analyze the credit risk in residential mortgage-backed securities by performing tasks that include modeling cash flows and reviewing legal documentation.\   Present transactions and recommendations to a rating committee, as well as articulate rating decisions and analyses to the public.   Collect, organize, and analyze data from internal and external sources for use in criteria development, ratings, and research reports.   Maintaining various databases relating to mortgages and RMBS transactions.   Requirements   A bachelor`s degree required, MBA or CFA preferred.   3-5yrs years of experience in RMBS, experience at a rating agency is a plus.   Experience with Loan Performance, 1010 data Base is Must  Excellent writing, communication, and quantitative/analytical skills.   Creative thinker who is adept at taking an analytical approach to problem solving.   Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), and Sequel software.   Experience with Loan Performance, Intex, and Bloomberg is a plus.   Kindly revert back with your update cv with the following details:   Current CTC:  Expected CTC:  Notice Period:  Reason for Job Change:   Raina-Populus
