Financial Institutions Group  Role: Relationship Manager (Asia)  Location: Mumbai  We have a requirement for RM - Financial Institutions Group-Asia with premier bank.  Purpose of the Job: To explore Trade, Treasury, Remittance & other business opportunities and to establish, leverage and manage relationships with Banks.   Job Description:  - The person will be responsible for assisting the Regional Manager for financial Institutional relationships in China, Korea  - In his capacity as RM/ARM, (s)he will be responsible for driving Trade, Treasury & Remittance business from correspondent banks across region.  - Will be nurturing & identifying existing & prospective correspondent banking relationships in the regions for resource mobilization, reciprocity / business and income generation.  - Will be meeting the budgeted revenue & volume targets under each category of business.  - Introduce relationship banks to relevant internal teams for any other products for cross selling.  - Facilitate quarterly, half yearly and annual business & compliance reviews.   - Assessing, on an ongoing basis, the Country and the Banks and FIs' risk for the region and to initiate and suggest appropriate preventive measures for better risk management.  - Monitor/check that relationship banks adhere to relevant KYC and AML policies.  - Conduct visits to offices and branches of relationship banks across region.   - Ensure that service delivery for all business deals of relationship banks is within acceptable time frame.   Related Experience: 3 to 9 years of experience.   Desired Candidate’s Profile:   - Full Time MBA’s from Tier-I & Tier-2 Campuses with 3 to 9 years of experience.   Please note: Freshers (2014 Batch) wont be considered.
