Relationship Manager – Deal Origination (Debt Advisory & Debt syndication)  Laksh Human Resources associated as hiring partner for fast growing Non Banking Financial Company based in Mumbai with Pan India presence (200 branches).   Title:Relationship Manager – Deal Origination (Debt Advisory & Debt syndication)  Base Location: Mumbai  Experience: 4 - 7 Years  Industry Preference:NBFC/ Banks/advisory firms  Department / Reports to: Debt Advisory / Vice President  The Role:  - This particular role is focused on debt advisory and debt syndication wherein the candidate will be expected to independently originate deals through effective relationship management and business development efforts as well as nurture and manage client relationships. The candidate is expected to have good understanding of debt advisory and debt syndication including the various products, services, processes and others areas  Key Responsibilities:   - Ability to work independently on origination of various debt and corporate finance engagements with support/ guidance from the management.  - Ability to independently interact with clients, effectively manage Client Relationships and proactively lead Business Development efforts.  - Partner with Company's inhouse teams across the country to leverage on the Co. relationships to identify opportunities, convert them to mandates and ensure efficient delivery.  - Lead the formulation and implementation of long and short-term strategic plans and objectives to increase market share/penetration and maximize opportunities for growth throughout the marketplace.  - Prepare, maintain and update a clear client relations plan including the client names, strength of relationship, potential opportunities, activities, etc.  - Good understanding of debt concepts including terms, covenants, structures, options, documentation, negotiations, market trends, etc  - Excellent judge of potential qualified clients/deals and expert at structuring deals to balance risk and reward.   - Maintain frequent interaction with centres of influence, diverse industry segments, community leaders, regulators, and senior business contacts.  - Strictly adhere to internal policies and ensure that the organization's activities are carried out in accordance with all regulatory, legal, and governmental regulations.  Experience:   - Total Experience of 4-5 years, of which, minimum of 3 years of relevant experience working with banks or advisory firms or NBFCs  - Need to be extremely good in business development and client relationship management  - Should have good understanding and experience in debt advisory and debt syndication   Personal Attributes:  - Must have a sharp business development focus and demonstrate innovative approaches  - Effective Client Relationship Management skills  - Must be a self-starter, someone who demonstrates by getting out into the marketplace  - Very Good Communication skills (reading and writing) and Presentation skills  - Must be results oriented and move fast to meet customer needs  - Ability to structure and offer sophisticated financial solutions and services   - Should have good understanding of credit and risk processes   - Team Player  If interested, please connect with us I shall share the specific details one on one.  Also can reach at 9540175252.
