We are Hiring for one of the renowned Bank as Relationship Manager/ Associate Relationship Manager.

Role: Relationship Manager/ Associate Relationship Manager (Asia)

Location: Mumbai

Purpose of the Job: To explore Trade, Treasury, Remittance & other business opportunities and to establish, leverage and manage relationships with Banks.

Job Description:

- The person will be responsible for assisting the Regional Manager / Relationship Manager for financial Institutional relationships in Asia

- In his/her capacity as RM/ARM, (s)he will be responsible for driving Trade, Treasury & Remittance business from correspondent banks across region.

a) Will be nurturing & identifying existing & prospective correspondent banking relationships in the regions for resource mobilization, reciprocity / business and income generation.

b) Will be meeting the budgeted revenue & volume targets under each category of business.

c) Introduce relationship banks to relevant internal teams for any other products for cross selling.

- Facilitate quarterly, half yearly and annual business & compliance reviews.

- Assessing, on an ongoing basis, the Country and the Banks and FIs' risk for the region and to initiate and suggest appropriate preventive measures for better risk management.

- Monitor/check that relationship banks adhere to relevant KYC and AML policies.

- Ensure that service delivery for all business deals of relationship banks is within acceptable time frame.
