Problem solve with relevant stakeholder to define initiatives to improve performance on the operating metric (e.g.   Reduce pitstop waiting time by   - Define SOP for pilot changeover   - Organise daily meeting at shift changeover and review performance on pitstop waiting time   - Install RFID tags in xx items to automate detection and reduce pilot changeover time by yy min )   3. Monitor progress on initiatives for the operating metric through scheduled reviews   - with KPI owner (2-3 times / week)  - P&L head (once a week)  - CEO, Rivigo (once a fortnight)   Education : B.Tech (IIT)   Industry Preference: FMCG/Consumer Durables
